| For mistake,if we send wrong shoes to our buyer, pls take a pic for wrong goods |
| and send by email to us,we will pay $5 per pair for them by next order. |

Any way,pls save the receipt paper when you get your parcel,if you able,pls weight up
the parcel weight,if you find parcel got damage,pls take a pic for it.
A.buyer not pay insurance,our company has a rule is that: |
| * if goods lose in china,we resend to our buyers 100% |
| * if goods lose in buyer's country,we will pay buyer's 50% loss by next order, |
| [buy 5 send 6,buy ten send 12.....till full 50% of buyers lose] |

B. buyer pay 10% of total for shipping insurance and not get product,any way ,we will resend to them .
C.when parcel get buyer's door,and no one to receive it,ship company send it back to us, if you need
us to resend , you need to pay shipping fee, per pair $20 |
